Orders placed after 4PM GMT on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched Monday.

Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping costs.

If duties and taxes are not paid and your parcel is held by customs, any charges incurred by DHL for holding the shipment will be passed on to the customer.

If an order is refused, left unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid duties and taxes, the original return shipping costs charged by the courier, along with any customs, holding or associated fees incurred, will be deducted from your refund.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any import duties, taxes and customs charges that may apply.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Orders placed before 2PM GMT are processed the same working day.

Standard Delivery Monday to Saturday

£4.99 delivered within 2 to 6 working days.

Saturday Delivery

£6.99 order by 4PM Friday for Saturday delivery.

Next Day Guaranteed Monday to Friday

£9.99 delivered the next working day if ordered by 4PM.

Pre Order Items

Please note that any item marked as Pre Order will be dispatched on or after the estimated dispatch date stated on the product page.

If you select Next Day Guaranteed, Saturday Delivery or Standard Delivery, this refers to the shipping service once your order has been dispatched. It does not mean your order will be delivered before the advertised pre-order dispatch date.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is available. If you wish to receive your in stock items first, please email hello@gianelle.co.uk and we can arrange this.
