RETURNS INFORMATION

As a small business we are currently unable to offer free prepaid returns but hope to in the future.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns must be unused in original packaging with all tags, return ribbon or hygiene seals fully intact.

Any items showing signs of wear damage marks, odour or removed hygiene seals or return ribbon will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

🔄 EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for UK customers only within 14 days of delivery.

Please email info@gianelle.co.uk to arrange an exchange.

🇬🇧 UK RETURNS

All returns must reach us within 14 days from the delivery date including the delivery day.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

A £3.00 handling fee per order not per item will be deducted from your refund.

If a return is received after the 14 day window it may be rejected or exchange / store credit may be issued at our discretion.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns must reach us within 14 days from delivery.

We do not cover return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

Returns must be clearly marked as UK RETURNED GOODS.

🔁 HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To request a return please email info@gianelle.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Please allow 1 to 2 working days for approval. Once approved we will provide you with the returns address.

 Returns cannot be initiated via Instagram.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Please ensure your return includes your name and order number inside the parcel. Returns received without this information cannot be processed.

All returns must be sent tracked and signed for. Photo proof of delivery is also accepted.

We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of arrival. Once processed refunds may take 7 to 14 working days to appear depending on your bank.

We do not accept returns on the following items:

Items priced £15.00 and under

Sale items

Jewellery

Tights

Sunglasses

🛍️ SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Size exchanges may be available for sale items depending on stock availability.

Sale items are marked as SAVE percent.

Items priced £15.00 and under are not eligible for return.

⚠️ FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or missing item please email info@gianelle.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

All items are quality checked before dispatch which is documented via CCTV.

📦 MISSING ORDERS

Missing orders must be reported within 48 hours of being marked as delivered so we can investigate with the courier.

Reports made after this timeframe may result in replacement only.
